The initial share offer closing date has passed and so far, we’ve raised an impressive £243,000! However, in order to be able to refurbish The Golden Lion to the high standard we all want, we’ve decided to extend the Share Offer to 20th December 2024. If you haven’t bought your shares yet, or would like to buy some more, now’s the perfect time to get involved! All the information you need is available here, you can also pick up hard copies of the Prospectus, Application Form and Business Plan at Ashton Hayes and Mouldsworth Community Shop.

It has been a month since The Golden Lion Share Offer was launched and so far we have raised an amazing £160,250. A huge thank you to everyone who has helped the share offer get off to a great start, but we still have a long way to go. We have to reach our £250,000 initial target to be able to buy the building, make it watertight and begin the refurbishment work.
