A quick clarification on the timelines for our opening. We are aiming to be opening around Easter 2025. We have had an extension to our Community Ownership Fund commitments, and this is indeed out until June 2025. We are confident that we will have a tenant in place, have completed the full refurbishment and be welcoming customers back to our award winning community project and fabulous new village pub and hub at Easter. We are still fundraising and do have a current short fall for the financing of our new kitchen & extraction system and cold store, our Community Share Offer is still open for new investors to help us fund these final refurbishment elements.
